MILWAUKEE and ATLANTA—RedPrairie Corporation and MARC Global Holdings, Inc. announced earlier this week that they have signed an agreement whereby RedPrairie will acquire MARC.
According to the companies, the integration will begin in early February.
“We have made the decision to join together,” said RedPrairie Company Leader John Jazwiec, “and will continue to drive our business, based on the best interests and business needs of the world-leading companies that make up our global customer base.”
The combined company is expected to generate $172 million in revenue, employ 738 employees across 21 global sites, according to a company statement
