Caterpillar's new lift-truck guide, Material Handling Solutions, features basic specifications for 90 Caterpillar lift-truck models designed to handle loads from 2,200 to 33,000 pounds. The product line includes electric and internal-combustion trucks with pneumatic tires or cushion tires. Walkies, reach trucks, and order-pickers have lift capacities of up to 8,000 pounds.
In addition to spotlighting the company's entire line of lift trucks, this guide lists customer-support programs offered by Caterpillar's lift-truck dealers. Those programs include the one-year unlimited-hours warranty, "parts fast or parts free" guarantee, free loaner service guarantee, and the company's financial services. The "parts fast or parts free" guarantee ensures next-business-day delivery of parts for all lift-truck brands or the parts are free.
