Landair Services Inc., a high-service-level truckload carrier and contractor to the aircargo industry, has agreed to acquire the aircargo operating assets of Adams Air Cargo Inc. Adams is a contractor to the aircargo industry providing both truckload and less-than-truckload transportation.
