By Staff -- Logistics Management, 1/1/1999
If you want to know more about shipping to Mexico, you'll find useful information online at CFI Inc.'s Web site (www.cfi-us.com). The Joplin, Mo.-based truckload carrier has just added to its site a "Logistics to Mexico" guide, which includes information about border crossings and hours of operation, political and economic influences on cross-border trade, standard border-crossing procedures, how NAFTA affects transportation, and frequently asked questions about shipping to and from Mexico. Other helpful features include an analysis of the major costs incurred when shipping to Mexico and links to other relevant sources of information. CFI, which has been doing business in Mexico since 1985, also maintains a Spanish-language version of its Web site (www.cfi-mx.com).
