IPL Introduces Returnable Containers

IPL Inc. has introduced the Flap-Nest Series, a new family of multifunctional, attached-lid, nestable plastic containers.

The Flap-Nest Series is designed for retail-goods distribution. The 16- by 24-inch returnable, reusable containers are designed to optimize utilization of standard 40- by 48-inch GMA pallets.

Flap-Nest containers are available in heights of 14, 12, and 9.6 inches. The series features a heavy-gauge plastic construction, all-plastic hinges to eliminate metal hinge rods for metal-detector compatibility, and a patented box-lid drainage system to prevent water from damaging contents.128
