Con-Way Transportation Services (CTS) has named Bryan M. Millican executive vice president of sales and marketing, Douglas W. Stotlar vice president of operations for the Con-Way group, and J. Edwin Conaway vice president and general manager of Con-Way NOW. Millican most recently served as vice president of sales for Con-Way Central Express; Stotlar previously was vice president and general manager of Con-Way NOW; and Conaway was vice president of operations of Con-Way Southern Express.
