OMNI, a third-party logistics services provider operating under the name OMNI North America, has split into three separate companies. OMNI Bulk Logistics is a non-asset-based third-party bulk logistics provider specializing in liquid and dry bulk material transportation by tank. OMNI Bulk Systems is a contract carrier that owns and operates all tank equipment on accounts that require dedicated or specialized service. OMNI (North America) offers intermodal/worldwide bulk transportation.
