ROPAK Introduces Reusable Dunnage Container

By Staff -- Logistics Management, 3/1/1999

ROPAK Materials Handling Group has introduced a new dunnage container--a reusable, collapsible plastic container based on a 45-inch by 48-inch footprint. The container is 33 inches high and when collapsed, features an 8-inch-high internal storage space for dunnage or trays.

The container comes standard with four-way fork entry and a weight capacity of 1,200 pounds. Optional hinged drop doors available in the 48-inch sides permit easy access to container contents from two sides.

The dunnage containers are injection molded with high-density polyethylene for long life and durability. They stack perfectly while assembled or collapsed, says the manufacturer.FOR INFORMATION CIRCLE 137
