Carton Flow Track Saves Space

The new "Flow Deck" carton-flow track manufactured by Unex Conveying Systems drops between front and rear pallet-rack beams, saving vertical space and allowing for another pick level. Flow Deck, which adds capacity to single-deep pallet racks, requires no hangers, support shelves, or retainers for installation.

Flow Deck is a conveyor-like section that has 3/4-inch diameter full-width rollers that assure carton flow. It is available in several sizes and handles up to 50 pounds per linear foot.
