Hub City Atlanta L.P., an operating company of Hub Group Inc., has entered into an intermodal/logistics program with Lance Inc., a Charlotte, N.C.-based manufacturer of snack foods and other consumer goods. This program enables Lance to distribute its products in its own trailers and with its own drivers, while the Hub Group coordinates the overall logistics of the movements, negotiates rates, and provides ramp-to-ramp intermodal transportation services.
