ITS Releases New Version of Export Software

Integrated Trade Systems Inc. has released Version 3.3 of TRADEsolutions, a program that performs, manages, and logs the entire export documentation and shipment-handling process by integrating order entry, shipment processing, document generation, customer service, and communications.

Version 3.3 builds on the program's integrated, modular design to manage the entire export process, from quotation and sales order to completion of all shipping documents. With its new, fully automated process, quotations are converted into one or more purchase orders and purchases are made and shipped to a consolidation point. Goods then are prepared for shipment and carriage is arranged.

The new version also includes a TRADEquote module with built-in "scenario manager." This application provides a guided approach to creating multiple quotation scenarios with goals set according to margin or low price. For each scenario, users create line items by vendor selection. When several scenarios have been completed, a choice is made and TRADEquote converts the scenario into a sales order. FOR INFORMATION CIRCLE 136
