Despite evidence of somewhat stronger worldwide demand and a tentative plan by OPEC members to cut back on production, average fuel prices fell again during March. There's reason to believe that prices have just about bottomed out, but it appears that carriers and motorists will continue to enjoy relatively low prices for several more months.
