* Mexico's President Ernesto Zedillo lauded value-added logistics services as a driver of change for the Mexican economy when he recently dedicated Redwood Systems' Guadalajara logistics facility. Zedillo toured the operation during the official opening of El Bosque Industrial Park, where the Consolidated Freightways subsidiary operates a 370,000 square-foot full-service warehouse and distribution center. The 500-employee facility, open around the clock, provides warehousing, transportation management, distribution, customs and licensing services, and value-added services for such major clients as Philips Consumer Electronics and Lucent Technologies.
