awp Offers Steel Bulk Containers

awp industries inc.'s new Corrugated Steel Bulk Containers are designed for users that store, handle, and ship metal parts, stampings, automotive components, bearings, household appliance components, or other components weighing up to 6,000 pounds. Rigid and reusable, the containers are built with four-way forklift entry to ease product movement.

Available in several standard sizes that match the industry's most common footprints, the bulk containers can be inter-stacked with high-density plastic bulk containers. Standard sizes include 40- by 48-inch and 45- by 48-inch models, with a 33-inch inside height. Custom sizes also are available.

A hinged, one-half drop access door on the long side eases product loading and unloading. Multi-sided access doors also are available. The lock design prevents accidental opening of doors during loading or while shipping via truck or rail.

These new bulk containers are built with heavy corrugated steel. Container options include casters, ID tags, labels, cardholders, and paint colors. FOR INFORMATION CIRCLE 144
