New materials-handling equipment designed to boost productivity helps warehouse workers move, store, and cross-dock goods quickly

Southworth Products provides the "E-Z Reach" hydraulically operated tilters that have capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 pounds. They are designed to tilt wire parts baskets and other large containers toward workers so that even parts at the bottoms of the containers are accessible without reaching or stretching.

The tilters are easily moved with front rollers or rear swivel casters. A floor lock also is provided. The push handle swivels out of the way when the tilter is in its desired position to allow the worker free access to the basket. Pushbutton controls are provided for up and down tilt. Units are available in both AC and DC models.
