Two more partnerships forged

By Staff -- Logistics Management, 6/1/2000

Two more software vendors have turned to consultants for help in implementing and selling their applications. Cambridge, Mass.-based Syncra Systems has teamed up with Andersen Consulting to sell Syncra's solution in the consumer products and packaged-goods industries. Syncra makes collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) software, while Andersen provides management and technology consulting services.

Likewise, transportation exchange and application service provider Celarix in Boston has formed an alliance with consulting firm Ernst & Young. The consulting firm will provide systems integration and business process consulting for Celarix, which markets Web-hosted transportation software.
