Weber Distribution, a California-based company that provides warehousing, inventory, and distribution services, has opened four distribution centers to serve 7-Eleven convenience stores in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

LTL trucking company Daylight Transport has re-launched its Web site, www.dylt.com. The site will provide access to personalized shipping information such as ZIP code-specific transit times, rate quotes, pickup requests, and shipment tracing. The updated site also allows visitors to open an account and apply for credit online.

Con-Way NOW, the emergency and express service unit of Con-Way Transportation Services, has expanded its air-express service by adding 176 new destination cities throughout the United States. The company launched air operations in March with service to 24 U.S. cities.

Seattle-based household-goods forwarder American Red Ball International has attained certification of its quality system under the ISO 9002 quality standard.

Atlas Van Lines has also received ISO 9002 certification. The Seattle-based international relocation service provider was awarded the certificate by ISO registrar AFAQ.

OneSource Logistics has acquired Sho-Trans Inc., a provider of exhibition and tradeshow transportation services. With the addition of Sho-Trans, OneSource Logistics'tradeshow group now can offer a variety of local and international transportation services.

The Hazardous Materials Advisory Council (HMAC) has added a Job Opportunities page to its Web site, www.hmac.org. Companies can post their hazmat industry job openings at no charge. HMAC will not be a job-matching service and will not accept résumés.

Keane Inc., an e-business and information technology consulting firm, will acquire Denver Management Group. DMG is a management firm focused on supply chain management and integrated distribution for Fortune 1,000 clients. DMG, which will lead Keane's supply chain management practice, will remain based in Denver.

EXSIF Worldwide, an affiliate of Union Tank Car Co., has agreed to purchase Transamerica Leasing Inc.'s intermodal tank container leasing business. Transamerica Leasing, based in Purchase, N.Y., owns and/or manages more than 19,000 ISO tanks and truck chassis that are leased to international chemical and bulk liquid transportation companies.

International freight forwarder Lynden Air Freight has opened a station in Las Vegas. The new facility provides a complete menu of domestic and international services as well as specialized services for the area's tradeshow industry.
