Windows CE Unit Designed for Trucking or Warehousing

Kinetic Computer Corp. has introduced the PC/Piranha, a Windows CE integrated vehicle computer designed to withstand the rigors of trucking and warehousing applications. The PC/Piranha takes advantage of the latest mobile operating-system technology and miniaturization of electronics to integrate such features as wireless and global positioning satellite communications into a single compact unit.

The PC/Piranha has an 80-MHz, 32-bit RISC CPU Windows CE computer equipped with a touch screen and voice-recognition input capabilities. A new LCD display allows users to see data on the screen even in direct sunlight.
