Tally Printers Designed for Reliability

Tally Printer Corp.'s Line Impact Dot-Matrix printer family, the flagship of the Tally printer fleet, is well suited to heavy use in harsh environments and for unattended print runs on single- or multiple-part forms. Unlike competitive models, a standard Tally line printer includes graphics languages other vendors offer at a premium, says the manufacturer.

Tally touts its T6180 as the world's fastest line impact dot-matrix printer. At 1,800 lines per minute, the T6180 produces 318,000 pages a month. It's designed for companies requiring top speed, low cost of operation, and high reliability.

The T6065 handles workloads of 118,000 pages per month and provides an unlimited duty cycle. The printer includes a Read/Right algorithm that provides optimal dot placement to improve bar-code quality with no loss to throughput.

Also available in the company's Line Impact Dot-Matrix printer family is the T2045. It's designed as an affordable solution for medium-volume multipart forms and bar-code printing. The T2045 prints 540 characters per second, 450 pages per hour, with a noise level of only 52dBA.
