O-T-D Corp. makes custom-manufactured aluminum pallets and containers. Platforms constructed of aluminum offer a number of advantages compared to wood. For instance, they do not burn. Properly handled, aluminum pallets should provide many years of maintenance-free service.

In general, a 40- by 48-inch aluminum pallet weighs about 50 pounds. It carries a load of up to 2,000 pounds.

O-T-D notes that it can custom-design pallets that are lighter in weight or that can handle heavier loads. It has built pallets to such special sizes as 84 by 108 inches or 72 by 120 inches.
