Modular Plastic Systems Inc. (MPSI) offers what it calls the strongest and most durable plastic pallet available, the Ex-Cell pallet. According to the company, a 48- by 40-inch Ex-Cell pallet can hold static loads of more than 30,000 pounds, dynamic loads weighing more than 12,000 pounds, and loads of more than 2,800 pounds in an edge rack.

Because the Ex-Cell pallets are manufactured from extruded components that are fusion bonded to the required size and configuration, MPSI can custom design units for individual applications with no tooling charges or tooling-related leadtimes. The company says it also can provide custom sizes to a fraction of an inch and accommodate requests for custom deck configurations and footprints.
