Union Tank Car

Union Tank Car has acquired EXSIF SA, a lessor of ISO tank containers, and its U.S. subsidiary, EXSIF US. The acquisition gives Union Tank Car a presence in the intermodal marketplace and a new product line that can benefit its existing customers that ship bulk liquids and compressed gases overseas.
