Capital Equipment and Fuel

There was little change in transport capital equipment average prices between June and July. Prices for light trucks and truck trailers fell slightly, but heavy trucks were up 0.1%. Fuel prices remained more than 20.0% below figures of one year ago. But price declines have moderated, and we anticipate that a better balance between supply and demand will keep them from falling further this year.
