Printers Ideal for High-Speed Applications

Imtec Inc. has added the ApplyPro 140XiII Zebra-based label printer applicator to the company's ApplyPro series of labelers.

Designed for high-speed tamp applications, the ApplyPro 140XiII offers omnidirectional print and apply capability for label application to cartons, cases, or product surfaces with a variable stroke of up to 16 inches.

ApplyPro 140XiII features plug-n-play design with a modular construction, capable of printing all bar-code symbologies, with print resolution of 203 to 300 dpi. Line integration is as simple as mounting it on a conveyor and plugging in a photo eye to the external port or connecting a PLC to an Opto 22 module.

Optional features for the complete system include a "T" stand for cantilever line integration, low label/ribbon warning, three-light warning beacon tower, and dust-cover enclosure.
