NAFTA Notes: PBB Global Logistics has opened a 40,000 square-foot logistics center in Tonawanda, N.Y., to serve growing U.S.-Canada trade. The new facility will include a high-security area, expanded warehousing capacity, a containerized freight station, and PBB's Buffalo customs brokerage operation. The Wheels Group, a Toronto-based provider of multimodal transportation services, has launched Wheels Pacific, a new division offering transloading, consolidation/deconsolidation, and intermodal service for Canadian importers and exporters on the West Coast. Yellow Freight System has named Dan Goodwill to the newly created position of president-Yellow Freight Canada.
