Fleet Card Now Covers Vehicle Service and Parts

Wright Express has expanded its Universal Fleet Card to cover purchases of vehicle services and parts in addition to fuel at thousands of service locations nationwide. Under the new WEX Vehicle Service Program, fleet operators can use their cards to purchase motor oil and oil changes, fluids and coolants, tires, batteries, accessories, repairs, tune-ups, inspections, car washes, and labor.

All purchases are consolidated on vehicle-analysis reports under "non-fuel transactions," which eliminates invoices from multiple vendors. The program also offers real-time transaction reporting and eliminates expense reports and ticket reconciliation, saving fleet managers time and paperwork while providing an effective tool for managing fleet costs.
