Clarke Inc.'s acquisition of Concord Transportation will allow the multi-faceted Canadian transportation provider to add expedited service to its portfolio of services. Toronto-based Clarke includes divisions offering rail-freight forwarding, transportation brokerage, intermodal marketing, truckload and LTL transportation, and contract logistics throughout North America. Concord, with annual revenues in excess of CDN $55 million, specializes in expedited highway service within Canada and between Canada and the United States.
