New Plastic Pallet Features Anti-Skid Surface

Plastic Pallet & Container Inc. now offers customers a rackable plastic pallet with a host of features designed to improve performance and lower their "cost per trip."

Weighting only 45 pounds, this injection-molded pallet can be used in all types of racking systems.

The pallet features an anti-skid surface that reduces load slippage and an optional outer lip for greater load security. The pallet deck is ventilated to promote drainage and foster air flow in cold storage applications.

The base of the pallet has an extra large surface area, which distributes weight evenly and permits the pallet to be used on all types of conveyor systems. To facilitate its use with hand trucks, the pallet features bottom edges that are chamfered for easy entry. In addition, the support columns are internally reinforced and rounded to minimize damage from impact.

This plastic pallet has a dynamic load rating of 3,000 pounds and a static load rating of 30,000 pounds. It is available in three standard colors--red, blue, and grey--or custom colors when ordered in large quantities.
