Packaging Material Helps Increase Production

MacMillan Bloedel Packaging Inc. now offers a new single-face corrugated packaging material. WrapMac is coated on one side with a cohesive material. The material sticks only to itself, thereby allowing users to wrap an item and seal it tightly closed without additional materials.

According to the manufacturer, users can increase production even further through automation, which can increase processing speed to 1,200 packages an hour and also lowers labor costs.

WrapMac can be printed in up to six colors to display a corporate logo or offer special product information. It also is available in rolls or sheets in a wide range of sizes and flutes.
