Robert V. Williams

Massachusetts Central Railroad Corp. has appointed Robert V. Williams vice president, sales and marketing. Williams is currently chairman of the Massachusetts Freight Advisory Council and is senior advisor for the U.S. Department of Transportation/OET, region I and region II.
