Interlink Technologies Sold to Executive

Interlink Technologies of Maumee, Ohio, has a new owner: WMS Solutions Inc., a group headed by Eldon J. Edgin, Interlink's former vice president of operations. Edgin will serve as president and chief executive officer of the company, which provides warehouse management systems.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Interlink Technologies specializes in automating warehouse operations with proprietary software and hardware.
