Should drivers under the age of 21 drive big rigs?
Most readers responding to a poll on the Logistics Management & Distribution Report Web site (www.logisticsmgmt.com) oppose a plan to try the younger drivers.
A proposal facing the Department of Transportation would establish a pilot program allowing under-21 drviers to operate heavy-duty trucks with close supervision.
