Conveyor gate “drawbridge” allows easy passage
The Cantilevered Gate is a retractable conveyor belt that retracts into its floor supports and stops the line if someone needs to pass. This reduces the necessary clearance height for overhead empty carton conveyors in picking modules while improving ergonomics. No special hardware is required to add the Cantilevered Gate to a conveyor system. The gate is available in gravity-wheel or powered roller-bed styles, with speeds from 90 fpm to 330 fpm. Dual- and triple-wide configurations are also available.

Lift truck boosts safety, cuts maintenance needs
Linde Lift Truck Corporation's 5,000-lb. capacity 39x Hydrostatic Drive Truck (H25D/T) is designed to increase operator safety and comfort while reducing maintenance and fuel costs. All instruments and controls are located to the operator's immediate right, and the truck features an adjustable armrest and fingertip-actuated hydraulic control levers. New hydrostatic wheel motors, fuel-efficient cam engines manufactured by VW/Audi, and a reduction in truck curb weights improve fuel economy. The H25D/T has an extended maintenance interval of 1,000 hours (previously 500). High-density neoprene surfaces at shock points further reduce maintenance needs.
