Color label printer offers 4800 dpi

Primera's new high-performance inkjet-based label and tag printer, the LX800, has a print resolution of up to 4800 dpi and can print an average of 2 inches per second. The unit is capable of printing label sizes up to 8 inches wide and 24 inches long, and can print full-color labels with any combination of fonts, graphics, bar codes, and images.
Usable substrates include matte-finish labels, semi-gloss, and high-gloss materials.
The LX800 model comes equipped with printer drivers for Windows 2000/XP, as well as NiceLabel SE Primera Edition label-design software. Virtually any other Windows-based label-design software can also be used with this printer. The printer's interface to the PC is by a high-speed USB 2.0 connection.
The printer comes equipped with black and color ink cartridges, a high-speed USB cable, an AC adapter, NiceLabel SE Primera Edition label-design software, an operator's manual, and a sample roll of high-gloss label stock.
All common bar codes are included in the NiceLabel SE software, including UPC, EAN, Code 39, Code 128, and 2D bar codes such as PDF417.
