In the February 2005 article, "The Do's and Don'ts of Third-Party Contracts," author William J. Augello's e-mail address was incorrect. The correct address is williamaugello@comcast.net.

In the February 2005 Byrne On Excellence column, the final sentence was inadvertently cut short. The sentence should have read: "The result is a fast-paced, pressure-laden fulfillment environment that—more than ever before—requires speed, flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration."
