Fleet management software identifies cost savings

The AmeriQuest Fleet Management system, developed through a partnership between Richer Systems Group Inc. and AmeriQuest Transportation and Logistics Resources Corp., is targeted toward shippers that own and maintain their own trucks and related equipment. The software will allow users to realize immediate bottom-line savings by improving the efficiency of their private fleet operations.

The solution includes four modules with the following features: complete equipment life-cycle management, from acquisition to disposal; maintenance scheduling; an integrated work order and purchase order system; warranty recovery; vendor management; availability tracking; technician and facility management; and equipment and component performance.
