PC*MILER upgrade eases data management

ALK Technologies Inc. has released PC*MILER FleetCommander 19, an upgrade of its visualization tool for tracking and managing transportation fleets and drivers. According to the company, fleets using PC*MILER FleetCommander benefit from enhanced efficiency, higher levels of customer satisfaction, and fewer out-of-route miles.
The latest release includes new Data Link & View tools, which enable users to link data between two tabs in the Data Manager and view associated data without switching from one tab to the next. The upgraded software also features out-of-route alerts, accurate arrival-time projections, and reports for analysis of fleet and driver efficiency.
