Palletizer offers speed and versatility

The new P45 Palletizer from Cermex offers output rates of up to 100,000 bottles per hour for small bottles. The manufacturers say this capability makes it well-suited to the demands of high-speed liquid packaging lines. The system handles two layers and two pallets simultaneously at speeds reaching 550 layers per hour; for 6-packs of 1.5 liter bottles, output rates reach 70,000 bottles per hour. The palletizer can be used for packs, cases, shrink-wrapped trays, and plastic cases and adapts easily to product changeovers. A specific pallet pattern corresponds to each package format for increased versatility.

Because products on this palletizer arrive at ground level, it improves ergonomics and safety for operators. When installed in the packaging zone, a single operator can run the palletizer.
