With the introduction of three new, door-to-door products, Kuehne + Nagel aims to satisfy growing demand for controllable airfreight processes. KN Express (express with automatic performance guarantee), KN Expert (consolidation via selected carriers), and KN Extend (economy service) all offer simplified rate structures and time-definite delivery. A "route map" defining the expected time of each process step is generated for each shipment. Shipments are monitored against those plans to enable corrective measures if any deviation should occur.
