In the July 2005 article, "Ten tips for faster picking," a reference to a 400-percent increase in picking productivity achieved by Calendars.com inadvertently implied that the company had worked with a consulting firm with which it was not associated. The project consultant was the Logistics Group of Carter & Burgess.
