Corrugated pallet cuts shipping costs

The Quantum Pallet, manufactured from corrugated board, helps companies cut shipping costs. The sturdy, lightweight pallets are at least 75 percent lighter than wooden pallets and thus dramatically reduce freight charges, according to the manufacturer.

The pallets absorb vibration and shock to mitigate product damage, are fully recyclable to reduce disposal costs, and improve employee safety by eliminating injuries from broken edges and exposed nails.

The pallets are especially suitable for export shipments because they are exempt from the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures: Guidelines for Regulating Wood Packaging Material in International Trade (ISPM15).
