Pallet guard decreases damage

Staff -- Logistics Management, 8/1/2005

The Pallet Dawg pallet guard significantly decreases the incidence of pallet damage, the manufacturer says.

The guard redirects a lift truck's impact force in order to prevent damage to the first crossboard of the pallet and minimize wood debris, which can lead to wheel and tire damage and sudden load instability.

Manufactured of lightweight, high-density, and impact-resistant material, the guard can be attached with a 9/16-inch socket and wrench to any Class 2 lift-truck carriage.
