First small rail rate case favors shipper
In what could prove to be a major precedent and remedy for small rail rate complaints, the U.S. Surface Transportation Board (STB) ruled unanimously in favor of a shipper this week who filed under a new administrative procedure which allows for relief in "small rate cases." Click here to continue
