CLM selects new chief

The Council of Logistics Management (CLM) has selected Maria A. McIntyre as its new executive vice president. She replaces long-time council leader George A. Gecowets, who has retired.
McIntyre has been vice president of operations for the organization since 1996. She joined CLM in 1974 and became senior director of operations in 1992, holding that position until her promotion to vice president.
The Council of Logistics Management is the leading U.S.-based logistics education organization, providing a widely respected program of educational activities, research, seminars, and conferences for its 14,000 members around the world.
