A tutorial conducted by Armstrong & Associates, Inc. at the recently-concluded annual meeting of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), posited that direct sales activities and the involvement of procurement/purchasing personnel have changed the ground rules.

“Third Party Logistics – Buying, Brands, and Benefits,” outlined research on brand strength as well as an analysis of the RFP/RFI process.
