enVista opens Europe, Middle East and Africa office

This expansion, coupled with enVista’s existing office in India, enables enVista to better respond to demand for carrier invoice audit and payment services globally and provides enVista’s client base with support at the local and regional levels within Europe, Middle East and Africa.

enVista, a leading supply chain consulting and IT services provider, announced today that it has opened an office in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, United Kingdom that will serve as its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) headquarters. enVista has long provided industry-leading transportation spend management solutions to its North American-based clients with global shipping operations. This expansion, coupled with enVista’s existing office in India, enables enVista to better respond to demand for carrier invoice audit and payment services globally and provides enVista’s client base with support at the local and regional levels within EMEA.

enVista President and CEO Jim Barnes said, “We are very excited to expand our global presence and improve our ability to serve companies worldwide with global freight invoice audit and transportation spend management requirements. enVista has some of the deepest freight invoice audit and payment expertise in the industry. We look forward to now being better able to serve global shippers.”

Barnes added, “enVista’s presence in EMEA is a key differentiator among domestic U.S. freight invoice audit and payment firms; we now have the regional presence and experienced resources to audit shipping to and from anywhere in the world.”

Dominic McGough, a leading expert with over 20 years of experience in the global freight invoice audit and payment market, will be responsible for enVista EMEA’s freight invoice audit and bill payment operations, consisting of a 20-person multi-lingual staff, deeply experienced in global freight invoice audit and transportation spend management. The EMEA office has begun operations handling freight invoice audit for enVista’s existing clients, as well as supporting enVista’s rapid growth.

Barnes added, “enVista is experiencing another record growth year within our Transportation Solutions practice. It is extremely gratifying to further enable our clients to expand their global transportation visibility and control and to serve new markets. We look forward to making additional announcements in this area in the coming months.”

“enVista is heavily investing in expanding not only our presence to serve the market worldwide but also in our myShipINFO global freight audit and payment solution, which includes multi-language translations, as well as currency and units of measure conversions,” said Stephen Craig, managing partner, transportation solutions at enVista.

Expanding the scope of our global capabilities means that enVista is now able to audit and pay freight bills for any mode to and from any location on earth, in any currency or language, and turn that information into actionable intelligence for clients to improve end-to-end supply chain operations. By providing a holistic, global view of transportation operations and shipping costs, we are able to enable client success and deliver maximum cost savings.”
