The value of the Netherlands as a logistics hub for European and global supply chains is best illustrated by comparing it with the ongoing competition from our neighboring countries. Therefore, in 2004 and 2007, we commissioned Buck Consultants International (BCI ) to conduct a benchmark study to compare the relative attractiveness of different European logistics hot-spots. The next version of this benchmark will be released at the end of 2011.
