HighJump Software announces Middle East partnership

Norq Solutions will meet regional need for configurable software with HighJump supply chain management suite.

HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, announced today that it has named Norq Solutions its newest international partner for supply chain markets outside of the United States.

Based in Dubai with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, Norq provides mobility solutions for warehouse management, field service, retail and other industries. The company will offer the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite, which includes some of the most configurable and adaptable supply chain management software available.

The partnership will bring the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite to a region that traditionally has had limited software options for large organizations with complex supply chains. Many companies still rely on manual operations and have found platform warehouse management systems (WMS) too rigid and inflexible for their needs. With the partnership between HighJump Software and Norq, those companies now have access to one of the most configurable and scalable WMS offerings on the market. Because of its open architecture, the HighJump WMS can be easily configured to meet specific industry or business needs in nearly any country and any language in the world. This openness also results in faster upgrades and a low total cost of ownership.

“The companies in this region need a supply chain management solution that can be implemented quickly, configured easily and impact the bottom line,” said Toni Junghaenel, regional manager, supply chain division, Norq. “HighJump Software meets all of these needs. The configurability of their solutions will also help our team focus on optimizing customer process and operations rather than programming and development.”

“We are honored to have Norq Solutions on board and expand our capacity in new markets,” said David Houser, vice president of international sales, HighJump Software. “The Norq team is well-established and well-connected, and they are positioned to develop the market quickly. Their focus on delivering supply chain solutions that can meet customer’s needs – rather than forcing customers to change in order to fit the software – makes Norq an important supplier for our solutions.”
HighJump Software currently has 17 international partners on six continents to support its double-digit growth in markets outside of the United States.
