HighJump Software, TrueCommerce EDI Solutions announce partnership with AdvancePro Technologies

Integrated solution enables AdvancePro customers to meet EDI mandates and streamline fulfillment from within AdvancePro.

HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, has announced that its TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group has partnered with AdvancePro Technologies (APT), a leading provider of inventory management software, to deliver an integrated solution that allows AdvancePro users to send and receive EDI documents to and from their AdvancePro systems.

As the only preferred EDI partner for AdvancePro Technologies, this strategic partnership will provide an ideal value-added solution to distributors, manufacturers and others looking to cut operational costs, increase productivity and improve service efficiency across warehousing and shipping functions. This new integration will enable AdvancePro customers to process EDI purchase orders like any other orders, without the need to manually manage or rekey EDI documents. Even invoices and Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) can be exported from AdvancePro and sent to trading partners using TrueCommerce EDI.

“For distributors, manufacturers, 3PLs and other warehousing operations, the ability to transact business using EDI is rapidly becoming a ‘must-have,’” said Nick Manolis, senior vice president and general manager, HighJump TrueCommerce EDI. “Integrating HighJump TrueCommerce EDI with AdvancePro’s inventory management solution makes it easy to meet customer demands for EDI with minimal impact on current processes and staff, while improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.”

“This partnership, along with our EDI integration, gives AdvancePro customers an increased ability to optimize supply chain processes with minimal impact on current operations and staff,” said Russell Fleischer, CEO of HighJump Software. “In efficiency-conscious businesses, integrating EDI with inventory management can cut costs and provide an edge over competitors.”

AdvancePro’s inventory management systems help streamline warehouse environments by automating shipping and receiving tasks. AdvancePro offers key SMB features like seamless integration with QuickBooks Enterprise; support for multiple warehouse locations, item transfers and easy drop shipment processing; along with an integrated e-Commerce interface for unified item maintenance and management. With this strategic partnership, AdvancePro customers now have everything they need to fully implement EDI from one source.

“In warehouse environments, efficiency is paramount when handling both goods and documents,” said Israel Ellis, CEO, AdvancePro Technologies. “The integrated combination of AdvancePro for inventory management and TrueCommerce for EDI means you can use one piece of software to link QuickBooks, EDI and your entire fulfillment process.”

The HighJump TrueCommerce EDI and AdvancePro integrated solution lets warehousing operations efficiently track orders from invoice to shipment, and from shipment to proof of delivery and invoicing—ensuring that key order fulfillment information is shared with trading partners correctly and responsively using EDI.
