HighJump Software TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group announces strategic partnership with ProcessPro

EDI solution enables ProcessPro customers to streamline transaction processing, cut costs and improve service.

HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, announced that its TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group has partnered with ProcessPro Software, a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for the batch process manufacturing industry.

As the preferred electronic data interchange (EDI) platform for use with ProcessPro Premier ERP, TrueCommerce EDI is an ideal value-added solution for process manufacturers looking to cut operational costs. This strategic partnership will enable ProcessPro Premier customers to easily integrate ERP with EDI – making it simple to comply with EDI mandates from customers while also streamlining order processing activities to reduce manual effort, enhance productivity and improve service to customers.

“As more and more retailers are mandating that their suppliers implement EDI, the robust, easy-to-use and affordable TrueCommerce EDI solution is the perfect complement to ProcessPro Premier,” said Nick Manolis, senior vice president and general manager, HighJump TrueCommerce EDI. “Integrating EDI and ERP can add significant business value through improved supply chain visibility and organizational responsiveness. It’s a real competitive edge for small to midsized manufacturers.”

“We have worked with ProcessPro over the years, and are pleased to formalize and strengthen our business relationship,” said Russell Fleischer, CEO of HighJump Software. “Our joint solutions give companies in the batch process manufacturing industry increased ability to optimize their supply chain processes and meet the requirements of their customers.”

ProcessPro Software provides the best, most capable ERP solution for the batch production market. ProcessPro Premier ERP software meets process manufacturers’ business needs “out of the box” for lower implementation costs versus generic ERP systems. Likewise, this partnership provides everything a customer needs to fully implement EDI from one source.

“ProcessPro is dedicated to providing its clients with the utmost not only in software, but also in service and support,” said Joe Blauert, CEO, ProcessPro Software. “Our partnership with TrueCommerce will ensure that ProcessPro users can leverage integrated EDI from a leading provider that shares our full-service, customer-centric approach.”

Together, the TrueCommerce EDI and ProcessPro Premier ERP solutions let process manufacturers efficiently track orders from invoice to shipment, and from shipment to proof of delivery and invoicing – ensuring that key order fulfillment information is shared with trading partners correctly and responsively.
